Welcome / Intros

5:00pm(PST)
We’ll often start with some good music, then introduce ourselves and the call. We’ll pose a couple questions for you to jump off from, then break everyone into small groups to quickly introduce yourselves and share a bit of what’s real for you in the moment. (There are no wrong ways to be here).

Deepening

After Check-Ins we’ll introduce some learnings and the topic of our call. (Think: “social life, optimization hacks, tech use, purpose, education, family, sex, creativity, money, intimate relationship, flow states, success, addiction, humor, etc etc). Large groups, small groups, sharing, listening and deep connection.

Emergence

6:00
After our Deepening Round(s) we’ll flow with what’s most alive in our conversations, into some form of practice or play or ??? (It’s always a surprise!) We’ll likely get into our physical bodies, invite deeper awareness, and come away with concrete tools for bringing these ideas into our lives.

Circle Closed

We’ll often end on an inspirational note, followed by some hangout time afterwards to connect in deeper, finish conversations, or answer questions. We’ll send an email out after the call with a recap of our time together and links to tools, resources and other amusing discussion topics.
